MANAGEMENT SERVICES TECHNICIAN- SIERRA DISTRICT / SIERRA DISTRICT OFFICE/ SUGAR PINE POINT STATE PARK

The reporting location for this position is the Sierra District Office located in Tahoma, CA. This position will work under the supervision of Staff Services Manager I.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Sierra District Admin team and work on the beautiful shores of Lake Tahoe. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for our hourly timekeeping Management Services Technician position. The incumbent should possess the following interpersonal skills: good internal and external customer service, efficient time management, solid communication skills, cognitive reasoning, ability to multi-task, resourcefulness, willingness to be a team player, punctual, reliable, and dependable. This position accomplishes most tasks independently. We seek someone that enjoys helping others and brings a positive outlook to the office. Duties include, but are not limited to, timekeeping and personnel processes of all Sierra District hourly employees.

Training and Development Assignments may be considered.

This position requires a valid Class C driver's license. You must answer the questions addressing your driver's license on your application. Ensure you provide your driver's license number, class, expiration date, and any endorsements and/or restrictions on your application.

This position is designated as not telework eligible.

Working Conditions

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Office and outdoor environment, daily use of various computers at main and shared workstations.

PHYSICAL ABILITIES
Move about, stand, reach, stoop or bend, use fine motor skills for computer or office machine use, lift boxes up to 50 lbs. and move heavier supplies/equipment using a hand cart.

COGNITIVE ABILITIES
Read, write and speak in a clear and concise manner. Work cooperatively toward the identification of areas needing improvement. Performs basic mathematical computations associated with assigned duties.
