Job Description and Duties

This is an onsite opportunity to be part of a dynamic Lottery team working on a new prize payment program to enhance the customer experience in the Fresno area!

The Customer Service Technician is a member of the Finance team and is responsible for performing a variety of specialized semi-technical duties in service to Lottery winners, players, and retailers. This position also performs routine, semi-technical duties related to validation and payment of claims for California State Lottery prizes.

Working Conditions

Office setting with workstations that are in proximity to other staff but are at least six feet apart. The office temperature is regulated with air conditioning and heating. The entire area is illuminated with natural and artificial lighting.The position may have a rotating schedule for work location depending on the nature of the work being completed.

Desirable Qualifications
